Pin Dimensions
Bagshaw has manufactured textile pins for more than 120 years. Literally millions in all sizes are available from stock. Most are made from 1060-1070 high-carbon steel, heat treated and polished, yet we can produce any textile pin to your specifications in our full range of materials.
We have a wide size range capability, manufacturing within precise, specific tolerances.
Diameter range: .025″ to .375″
Diameter tolerance: +/- .001″ (standard commercial) +/- .0002″ (Bagshaw Special)
Length range: .125″ to .24″
Length tolerance: +/- .010″ (standard commercial) Point Diameter Range: Blunt to .003″

Centerless Grinding
Another of our specialized capabilities is precision Centerless Grinding. We can hold tolerances of +\-.0002″ total on infeed and thrufeed diameters from .004″ to 1.75″, from precision grinds to low microfinishes. Lengths can run from .250″ to 12 feet.
