Specialty Grinding

We can centerless grind precision parts up with exacting tolerances. We use both Royal Master Centerless Grinders and custom point grinding machines. We have over 60 grinding centers. 

Swiss Screw Machining

Our Mulit-Axis Swiss Turing machines have up to 8 axis for superior manufacturing capability and minimal secondary operations. These machines can produce an almost unlimited array of parts.

Secondary Operations

With final packaging and custom machining operations we can finish almost any project with a custom solution for you. 

Assembly

Through our 140 year history we have assembled thousands of different products. Our experience us almost unmatched. If needed we can create your custom assembly solution.

Knurling

We use Hartford Flat Die rolling machines to customize you fastener solutions. 

Straighten and Cut Wire

Lewis straighten and cut machines allow us to reduce operations as we can cut raw material from coil. This savings is passed onto you. If you need straightened wire give us a call. 

Heat Treating

We heat treat carbon and stainless material to exacting Rockwell specifications. 

Tempering

Along with heat treating we temper high carbon steel material to our customers ductility standards. 

Tumble/Scouring/Finishing

After 140 years our finishing department can achieve an almost unimaginable bright polish finish on our parts. If its cleaning, de-buring or separation we have the technology.
