At W.H. Bagshaw, we offer contract precision parts cleaning utilizing our advanced iFP KP 50 High-Performance Vacuum Parts Washer. This self-contained, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly system is engineered to handle your most demanding parts washing requirements. We use this machine for our own internal process steps, and we are now opening up our extra capacity and machine time to support your operations.

Engineered for the most demanding parts-washing requirements.

Our system guarantees optimal cleaning results for parts presenting the most challenging internal or external geometries.

Specially designed to remove both oil-based and water-based manufacturing coolants completely.

We utilize Kyzen M6386 Modified Alcohol, a non-hazardous, biodegradable organic solvent that safely breaks down contaminants.

Enhanced with a Weber 40Hz 750 Watts ultrasonic system to dislodge fine microscopic particulates.

Continuous solvent distillation during all work cycles ensures pure solvent is always used for the final wash stage.

With typical wash and dry cycles lasting only 8 to 15 minutes, we can process high volumes of parts quickly.
The process begins with an initial solvent immersion phase specifically engineered to handle high-contamination loads. Using advanced Kyzen M6386 Modified Alcohol, the solvent aggressively targets, breaks down, and strips away heavy surface oils, manufacturing coolants, and bulk chips from the raw parts. Continuous micro-filtration separates solids down to 1 micron right out of the gate.
Parts are treated to a secondary immersion wash utilizing 100% pure, freshly distilled solvent. During this stage, the Weber 40Hz (750 Watts) ultrasonic system is activated. The acoustic waves create microscopic cavitation bubbles that implode violently against the metal surfaces, safely dislodging fine particulates and embedded soils from deep inside the parts without causing any surface damage.
Pure solvent vapor is introduced into the sealed vacuum chamber. Because the components are slightly cooler than the boiling solvent, the vapor condenses instantly across every square inch of exposed metal. This creates a continuous, pristine “flushing” action that penetrates deep into incredibly complex internal geometries, blind holes, and micro-tapped threads where liquid spray simply cannot reach.
Utilizing a specialized 3-pump vacuum group (including Rotary Vane and Rotary Lobe pumps), the chamber’s atmospheric pressure is dropped rapidly. This lowers the boiling point of the remaining solvent, causing it to instantly flash into a gas and evaporate completely from the parts. Components emerge 100% dry, completely spot-free, and thermally stable—ready for immediate post-processing, inspection, or final packaging.
Our advanced vacuum cleaning process satisfies strict environmental and safety regulations, ensuring your outsourced components comply with international manufacturing standards:
